Fault Atlas MEASURED on 2026-08-08 on the 272 XML files (recent PMC): ZERO titles in full capitals, but 70/272 (26 %) carry at least one fully capitalised subheading ("ABSTRACT", "KEY WORDS:") and 30/272 (11 %) a word of 4 letters or more in full capitals in the title. The zero is itself the measurement: the convention is DATED. The original observation, 2026-08-08 on the old PubMed corpus (annex 64), counted 184 titles in full capitals — "STUDIES ON THE NATURE OF RESISTANCE OF GRAM-NEGATIVE BACILLI TO PENICILLIN".
