MEASURED on 2026-08-08: BOTH conventions coexist in 16 articles out of 34 (47 %) of an open-access Europe PMC corpus 2024-2026. Real forms recorded: "2,8" and "1,3" next to point-decimals in the same text. Confirmed by two independent observations the same day: a 2026 table mixing both, and a 2023 article writing "10,6 %" in the French abstract and "10.6 %" in the English abstract — SAME DOCUMENT.

MESURÉ le 08/08/2026 : les DEUX conventions coexistent dans 16 articles sur 34 (47 %) d'un corpus Europe PMC en accès libre 2024-2026. Formes réelles relevées : « 2,8 » et « 1,3 » côtoyant des décimaux à point dans le même texte. Confirmé par deux observations indépendantes du même jour : un tableau 2026 mêlant les deux, et un article 2023 écrivant « 10,6 % » en résumé français et « 10.6 % » en résumé anglais — MÊME DOCUMENT.
